Shipping Our standard delivery times are:-
UK - Mainland - 2 working days (Not Saturday or Sunday)
Remote areas of UK + Northern Ireland + Channel Islands 3-5 Working Days
Rest of Europe 5 - 10 Working Days
USA & Canada 5 - 10 Working Days (Please email if you require economy postage upto 28 working days
Orders placed before 1pm are normally despatched the same day (Mon-Fri) however at busy periods there may be a slight delay.
The delivery charge will be calculated & displayed when you proceed to the checkout.
You may exit from the checkout before confirming your order if you do not agree with the delivery charge.
If there is any problem with your order we will inform you either by email or telephone normally within 24 hours,
you will have the option to proceed with the order or cancel it.
Returns Faulty or damaged goods
Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded providing:
1. We are notified by you within a reasonable time after receiving the goods. We advise all customers to check their items for shortages or damage within 24 hrs of receiving the goods, failure to do so may result in loss of claim.
2. The goods are returned in the condition they were delivered and in their original packaging if applicable.
Once we have received the goods we will replace or refund the goods at your request within 7 working days.
If we deem the goods to be faulty we will also refund your delivery charge or send a replacement out postage free as applicable.
At our descretion,we may also refund your return of postage costs (if a VAT receipt is provided)upto a maximum of £5.00
Unwanted items
Unwanted items will be refunded (excluding shipping costs) if reported within 7 days of receipt. Goods must be
returned in their original condition, postage is non refundable. Upon receipt you will be refunded for the item within 7 working days.
This does not affect your stautory rights as a consumer.
